Please circulate widely. If you're reading the morning newspapers, the reasons for ending the Afghanistan War are painfully clear.
 
Yet the House of Representatives will be voting again this week on the White House request for $33.5 billion of new funding for the war in Afghanistan.
 
Historians Against the War is joining together with United for Peace and Justice, Peace Action, CODEPINK, Friends Committee on National Legislation, Peace and Justice Resource Center, Campaign for Peace and Democracy,  Just Foreign Policy and Progressive Democrats of America in calling upon Congressional Representatives to vote against  the White House request for $33.5 billion in new  funds for the war in Afghanistan.
