More Troops to Afghanistan; None Leaving Iraq
Tonight Obama will announce the deployment of 17,000 additional troops to Afghanistan. And,"although the announcement comes at a time of promised draw-downs in Iraq," Politico.com reports, "no troops go directly from Iraq to Afghanistan."

Just because none are going from Iraq to Afghanistan doesn't mean that there is no drawdown in Iraq. If the drawdown in Iraq isn't happening or being actively prepared, that is a problem. But I would not expect large deployments directly from one theater to the other.
